Make a Donation

Currently, the majority of our Senior Citizens require financial support in order for them to enjoy the life that they deserve. Sadly, for many, their pension funds do not cover the full cost of their daily living (for example medical expenses, monthly rental and personal expenses).

This need is enormous and it is continually growing, given the tough financial situation that we are all experiencing.  The committee actively organises fundraising initiatives throughout the year, but we do also rely on the community for their generous donations.

Any donation, big or small, will greatly assist the Home in the following areas;

  • Maintenance and upkeep of the homes’ infrastructure
  • Subsidise the cost of meals
  • Assist in the replacement of frail care equipment
  • Provide financial relief to those residents who cannot afford the full monthly rental

We will gladly accept donations as once-off or monthly cash donations or alternatively donations in kind. Arcadia is registered as a Public Benefit Organisation therefore an 18A Tax Certificate (for donations) can be issued.
