Annual General Meeting

GREYTOWN & DISTRICT FOR CARE OF THE AGED: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 24 JUNE 2019

Notice is hereby given in terms of clause 9 (a) of the Constitution of Greytown & District for the Care of the Aged that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 24 June 2019 at the Senior Services Centre York Street Greytown at 16.30.

Membership of the Organization is open to all interested person over the age of eighteen years, a nominal subscription fee of R 2.00 per annum is payable at the registration desk on 24 June 2019.

The Agenda for said meeting will be available for collection during office hours from Arcadia 180 Pine Street as from 14 June 2019 or contact Lyn Fouche at 033 – 417 1528 for more information.

Clause 9 (d) of the Constitution stipulates that twenty-five members of the Organization shall form a quorum at any Annual General Meeting.

We call on all interested persons to attend the AGM and to show that we care for our senior citizens.
